Selling Room is open to D2C brands, fashion and lifestyle labels, boutique brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, startups, and emerging designers.

Brands can sell slow-moving stock, ageing inventory, excess stock, end-of-season collections, and unsold designs that are in good, sellable condition. Damaged, counterfeit, or sub-standard products are not permitted.

Yes. All participating brands must offer a minimum of 30% and up to 70% discount on all products displayed and sold at the event.

No. Bargaining is strictly not allowed. Prices must be fixed and price tags clearly displayed on each product.

Every product must display MRP, selling price, and discount percentage clearly.

No. Selling Room is a curated, brand-safe platform where trusted discounts are offered in a premium retail environment to high-intent buyers.

No. Selling Room charges zero commission. Brands keep 100% of their sales revenue.

Standard stall sizes include 2m x 2m, 3m x 2m, and 3m x 3m. Custom stalls are available for larger brands and corporates.

Each stall includes one table, 2 chairs, one power plug point, lighting as per stall size, and a dustbin.

Stall allocation is done solely by the Selling Room team based on category mix, layout planning, and buyer flow. Allocation is confirmed only after full payment.

100% advance online payment is required to confirm participation. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cash, cheque, or DD are not accepted.

No. Selling Room follows a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy to ensure faster liquidation and instant cash flow for brands.

Sales are collected directly at the stall. Brands receive payments instantly from customers.

We’re expecting 20,000+ high-intent shoppers over the three event days supported by ticketed entry and large-scale promotions.

Yes. Selling Room manages extensive offline and online promotions including outdoor advertising, print, FM radio, digital ads, influencer marketing, and WhatsApp/SMS campaigns.

Yes. Brands must maintain professional conduct, stay within stall boundaries, display discounts transparently, and keep staff present during event hours.

Violations attract penalties, including fines and, in repeated cases, stall closure without refund.

All disputes fall under Hyderabad jurisdiction.

Yes. Offline exhibitors receive priority access to the upcoming Selling Room Online Marketplace for year-round inventory liquidation.

Yes. There will be multiple trial rooms for buyers to try and buy. Buyers are requested to mandatorily try the apparels before deciding to buy as Returns and exchanges are not allowed.
