These Visitor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern entry and participation at Selling Room™ events (“Event”) organised by M/s. Tivane Trendz Private Limited, operating under the brand name Selling Room™ (“Organiser”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, the visitor (“You”, “Visitor”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Entry & Ticketing

  1. Entry to Selling Room™ events is ticketed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the date and time specified.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor who violates these Terms or event rules, without refund.

2. Nature of the Event

  1. Selling Room™ is a curated offline retail exhibition featuring independent brands (“Exhibitors”).
  2. The Organiser provides only the platform and venue for exhibitors to sell their products.
  3. The Organiser does not act as a seller, reseller, agent, or distributor of any products sold at the Event.

3. Pricing, Discounts & Offers

  1. All pricing, discounts, offers, and product details are determined solely by the respective exhibitors.
  2. Discount ranges are indicative and may vary across brands and products.
  3. The Organiser does not guarantee minimum or maximum discounts, availability of products, or stock levels.

4. Product Responsibility & Liability

  1. Exhibitors are solely responsible for:
    • Product quality and authenticity
    • Manufacturing details, labelling, and compliance
    • Warranties, guarantees, or after-sales service (if any)
  2. The Organiser shall not be liable for any defects, misrepresentation, or disputes arising from purchases made at the Event.

5. No Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

  1. All sales made at the Event are final.
  2. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
  3. Visitors are advised to verify size, fit, colour, condition, and product details before completing payment.

6. Payments

  1. Payments are collected directly by exhibitors.
  2. The Organiser does not collect, process, or store payment information related to product purchases.
  3. Accepted payment modes may vary by exhibitor.

7. Photography, Videography & Media Rights

  1. Photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during the Event.
  2. By entering the venue, visitors grant the Organiser irrevocable permission to capture and use their likeness in photographs or videos for marketing, advertising, PR, and promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Visitor Conduct & Safety

  1. Visitors must behave respectfully and comply with venue rules, security instructions, and exhibitor guidelines.
  2. Bargaining, harassment, damage to property, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  3. The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Security & Right to Search

  1. Security checks may be conducted at entry and exit points.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to restrict or confiscate prohibited items for safety reasons.

10. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify event dates, timings, layout, exhibitors, or features without prior notice.
  2. The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from attendance at the Event or purchases made therein.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
